Change of Government Guidelines

Due to the change in Government guidelines regarding COVID-19 we are slightly changing how you will be dropping off your child. We are creating a one-way system starting from the main gate which will lead all the way up to the Nursery Gate. Please ensure that you are wearing a mask on school premises unless you are exempt. At the gate, there will be a member of staff who will greet you and your child. Guidelines now state that teaching staff greeting adults will need to wear a visor. Your teachers at the gate will be following these guidelines.

When arriving at the Nursery gate, your child will enter the Nursery and you will return back towards the main gate and out of the school grounds, following the one-way system. When waiting to drop off your child at the gate, it is vital that social distancing rules are followed. We will mark on the floor 2 metre spaces in order to help with this.

If you are picking up your child at 12pm, please wait at the main gate and we will bring your child to you.

If you are picking up your child at 3pm, please enter through the main gate and wait for your child to be dismissed through the Nursery Gate. We will be sending one child out of the Nursery at a time to allow for social distancing. We will send your child out when you are at the front of the line, nearest the gate.

We hope this makes sense and we hope these new measures will ensure all parents and children stay safe. Thank you for your patience during this time.
